Cost and Insurance

It may be covered in  part by your health insurance. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• For in network coverage, what is my copay?
•  Do I have an out of network benefit; if so what is it and is there a separate deductible from in network benefits?

I participate in network with the following insurance companies:
PACIFIC SOURCE and LEGACY PLUS

If you want to use out of network benefits, I usually prefer that you pay me.  I will then provide you with the documentation needed by your insurance company to reimburse you.
For those without health insurance and with a financial need, I am sometimes able to negotiate a reduced fee.
